BPOA Board Response to Chief LaChasse's Email on 21st Policing

On November 14, 2016, Chief LaChasse sent an email to all Burbank Police employees embracing President Obama's Final Report on his 21st Century Policing Iniative.  Today, The BPOA Board sent the attached letter to Chief LaChasse in response to his email.
